Delivery Information
Kerrbally currently delivers on-line orders for Skin Care to the following countries:
UK Mainland
Channel Isles
Northern Ireland
European Communities
Kerrbally delivers all other on-line products to the rest of the world.
Payments will not be taken from any countries we cannot deliver too, nor will goods even in the event of a payment be exported to any of these countries.
Delivery Charges
Please note that our prices are subject to alteration without notice.
1. Delivery
We will process and despatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt. All skin care product orders are despatched using first class post via Royal Mail.
Royal Mail services will deliver within 3-4 working days, but please allow anything up to 14 days.
All skin care items over £100 will be sent by Royal Mail (signed for) service
All other products will be sent by Royal Mail (signed for) service
2. Express Delivery
Next day delivery is available for the UK mainland only via Royal Mail. Orders must be placed by 12 noon for this service.

Europe & Eire £7.50
Rest of the world £15.00
Next day express delivery £10.00
Kerrbally Returns Policy
We hope you are delighted with your Kerrbally order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your products, you may return them in their original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. Please see the special conditions below:
1. Skin Care products
If you are unhappy with your Kerrbally Skin Care, please call our customer services helpline on 01721 752224 within 7 working days of delivery. We will only accept products for a full refund in their original condition where the seal has been kept intact.
2. Bags and Knitted Accessories
If you are unhappy with your Kerrbally bag or knitted accessory, please call our customer services helpline on 01721 752224 within 7 working days of delivery or e-mail us at returns@kerrbally.com. We will send you a returns label.
You may return products in their original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery.
Please retain proof of posting. Kerrbally will not be liable for any items not received. We recommend you use the signed for service via Royal Mail.
2. Jewellery
All custom made pieces unfortunately can not be taken back.
