Any added Vitamin E to our skin care formulations, is potent soil association approved naturally sourced Vitamin E. This is GM free.

No Animal Testing
Kerrbally does not use any form of animal testing for any of its products. We do not and will not work with any supplier that tests on animals.

No Animal Ingredients
None of our skin care products contain any animal ingredients. All of these products and suitable for vegetarians. Please refer to our Ingredients Directory for full details.

No Mineral Oils
We only use natural high quality plant oils. None of our products contain mineral oil, paraffin wax or petrolatum, or any fractions of crude oil or primary petro-chemicals.

Organic Ingredients
Where possible organically grown raw ingredients have been sourced and used in the skin care product range as well as those grown and harvested wild.

No Genetically Modified Ingredients
No genetically engineered or modified ingredients or organisms are used in any Kerrbally products.

Parabens & Preservatives
Most of our formulations are preservative free due to the high concentrations of essential oils. However, we do use naturally ocurring preservatives when it is absolutely essential for product safety. We do not use any parabens in our skin care range. Methylparaben, butylparaben, ethylparaben and propylparaben, collectively and commonly known as parabens, and are the most commonly used preservatives in the cosmetic industry. A by-product of petroleum, parabens have a broad spectrum of anti-microbial activity, are stable over the pH range in cosmetics and are used to extend a product's shelf life. In the past they were thought to be safe to use in cosmetics, being relatively non-irritating, non-sensitising, and non-toxic. However, since the mid to late 1990s, campaigners have been raising public awareness about the use of parabens which have been described as being highly toxic, capable of causing rashes and other allergic reactions.

No Artificial Fragrances or Colours
No synethic fragrances have been added to any Kerrbally skin care product. All fragrances in our skin care products are derived from high grade essential oils. Our formulations have been blended for the perfect combination of pleasing scent and above all their therapeutic benefit to your skin. Any colour the product sustains is from the oils.

Use of Kerrbally Skin Care during Pregnancy

Currently Kerrbally would only recommend that if you are pregnant, you only use the following products, Vital Milk Cleanser, Organic Toner and Dead Sea Mineral Bath Salts. This is because all other products have an essential oil concentration deemed in current safety guidelines as possibly too high if you are pregnant i.e. >1%. We would ask you to seek advice from your doctor. As our skin care range is handmade to order we are able to produce products with a lower concentration deemed safe for pregnancy.
