LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Unless otherwise expressly provided in a Policy on this Website, the aggregate liability for Kerrbally to you for all claims arising from the use of the Materials is limited to £1.

GENERAL
1. The Website is based in the UK.
2. Kerrbally makes no claims that the Materials are appropriate. Access to the Materials may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Website from outside of UK you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. The construction, validity and performance of this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by UK law, and the Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British courts.
4. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

6. Except as expressly provided in a particular Policy or material on particular web pages of the Website, this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and Kerrbally with respect to use of the Website.
7. Throughout this Agreement the singular includes the plural and any one gender includes all other genders.
8. Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing, signed by an authorised representative of Kerrbally.
 

KERRBALLY PRIVACY POLICY
At Kerrbally we believe strongly in protecting our customers' and web-site users' privacy. We will not willfully disclose information about our customers or users to any third party without first receiving our customers' and/or users' consent.
This Privacy Policy sets out the privacy practices in respect of the information we receive from you including through our website ('the Website').
1. Your Personal Information
All personal information you provide to Kerrbally will be treated as private and confidential.
Kerrbally may compile data in aggregate form so that it may better understand users who visit the Website. For example, we may produce reports on the most popular search terms by collecting general search term data based on individual searches. Aggregate data is anonymous and does not contain any personal information which identifies users.
Kerrbally may send you e-mails to notify you about new services on offer, updates and features on the Website. 2. Sharing of Information
Kerrbally will not sell, rent, trade or give away any customer's or user's personal information or e-mail address to third party companies without first obtaining its customer's or user's consent.
E-mails sent to Kerrbally may occasionally be used for testimonial purposes but will be withdrawn from the Website if requested.

Kerrbally is committed to the security of our customers' and users' personal information and has security procedures in place to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of personal information under the Kerrbally control.

Cookies allow Kerrbally to make the Website more useful by tailoring the services Kerrbally offers from time to time. From time to time Kerrbally may capture and/or process personal information outside the European Economic Area. 6. Opt-out Policy
To de-register from receiving e-mails from the Company as outlined in paragraph 1, please send an e-mail with your details to enquiries@Kerrbally.com with 'De-register' in the subject header. To ensure that you are not maliciously de-registered by someone spoofing your email address we will then send you an email containing a link, which when clicked will remove you from our database.
If once you have given your consent you decide you do not want your personal information to be included in any e-mail lists as described at paragraph 2, then please send an e-mail to enquiries@Kerrbally.com with 'Remove from Third Party Marketing List' in the subject header. We will then send you an e-mail containing a link which when clicked will remove you from our database.
All removal requests will be dealt with within 28 days of receipt of the request.

Please note that our prices are subject to alteration without notice.
Delivery

We will process and despatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt. All skin care product orders are despatched using first class post via Royal Mail.
Royal Mail services will deliver within 3-4 working days, but please allow anything up to 14 days.

All Items over £100 will be sent by Royal Mail (signed for) service

Express Delivery
Next day delivery is available for the UK mainland only via Royal Mail. Orders must be placed by 12 noon for this service.

Skin Care products

If you are unhappy with your Kerrbally skin care, please call our customer services helpline on +44 (0)1721 752224. We will only refund products that have been returned in the orginal packaging and are unopened.

Bags & Knitted Accessories

No quibble guarantee for full refund if returned within 14 days. Please retain proof of posting. Kerrbally will not be liable for any items not received. We recommend you use the signed for service via Royal Mail.

Jewellery
